Mexico Missions

OSY Camps

Alpha & Omega

MET members travel to areas like Saltillo and Aguascalientes, Mexico to offer Vacation Bible School and provide general mission work to people in need. Local pastors are also taught theology and doctrine to help them minister to their churches.

"The most meaningful moment this year was watching the excitement of a pastor and his small church the night we presented the Jesus Film. They were so happy to have us there and for the opportunity to reach the community in a dynamic way. Of course, it is always amazing to watch people truly repent and be saved."

"I can’t not go. It has become what I do. I plan to go every year for as long as I am able. There are people in Aguascalientes that depend on us every year. Pastors are encouraged and lives are changed for eternity."

~ Randy and Sue Money, MET members and Aguascalientes Mexico mission volunteers

"We were able to work with more than 1,000 children teaching and enjoying VBS with them.  I didn't expect to see parents come and want to participate with their children.  The moms especially were as excited as the children.  The next year we planned a special program just for the parents as one of our VBS stations.  The parents were so very appreciative for everything!"

~ Sandi Lawrence, MET member and Saltillo, Mexico mission volunteer

"As I have told many before, your lives will never be the same again. You will see the Lord work in such a manner in one week's time that many will not witness in their lifetimes."

~ Robert V. Resendez, MET member and Aguascalientes, Mexico mission volunteer

Damon and Delight Tripp minister at Saltillo International Church which is an English speaking congregation. God has placed a desire on thier hearts to reach the foreigners here on temporary assignment in the city that is known as “little Detroit”.  We have recently started having services translated in Spanish as interest has grown and also have a thriving Bible study in Spanish.  Our heart is to have relationships with people who have either never gone to church or have been hurt by past church experiences as well as those looking for a church while they are here.  We are seeking God’s will in the possibility of starting a Spanish mission church. Things are also moving forward in the involvement with the Highlands Camp and The MET.
