People all across the metro Houston area are facing uncharted challenges. From family strains to financial stresses, it is during these times that people turn to something. The question is what will the something be? Most are looking for something bigger than themselves. Many find it through substance abuse, financial indebtedness or unhealthy relationships. The MET's multisite strategy positions us in communities around Houston to reveal that hope lies in a life-changing relationship with Christ. Now is the time for our church to continue its multisite expansion. To connect more people to Christ. To challenge our friends and neighbors to live for more.
This past year was an amazing year for the launch of The MET's multisite strategy. The Fry Road Campus launched in February of 2009 and has already seen 24 people baptized and averages over 350 people attending the weekend services. The Jones Road campus continues its impact by baptizing over 100 people. All together God has placed over 3,000 people on all of our campuses.
The MET at Fry Road has services at 9:30 & 11:00 a.m. and offers activities for Preschool (birth - kindergarten), Children (1st - 6th grade), Students (7th - 12th) and Adults. The Big Give helps to fund this initiative as well as part of our mission to connect people each day to the real Jesus in a real way.
