What's Next?
How does God want you to be involved in this year’s Big Give? Ask Him. Pray about what He would have you do in terms of your worship, your spending, your giving and serving. Wait for Him to respond. Then do what you sense He’s asking you to do.
Is there some part of your life you need to surrender to God? Examine your heart and let go of anything that is preventing you from being fully yielded to Him. Only then can we demonstrate God's power as a body of believers.
Ask God to guide your spending this Christmas—and throughout the year—so you can redirect God’s provision to those in need. As a starting point, consider buying one less gift this Christmas, or matching the amount you spend on your largest present with a gift to Big Give.
We are richly blessed. It’s as if God has given us piles of presents under the tree—but they’re really still His. With open hands, will you ask how He wants you to share those gifts in order to bring God’s presence to people and places that desperately need it?
Maybe this year it’s your turn to do more than write a check. Maybe it’s time to step out of your comfort zone, look into the eyes of someone in need, and serve them as Jesus would. Will you prioritize God’s plan for your life, so He can use you as He sees fit?
Worship Fully. Spend Less. Love All. Give More. We each have a part to play in Big Give. And if we do our part, who knows what He might do?
